You might think that you need a “big topic” for your coaching session to be worthwhile but my experience shows that the small topics are usually the ones that lead you to the bigger questions. 

I integrate mindfulness techniques in my coaching sessions. My goal is to support you in the development of your intuition and self-confidence, hence every session is unique. In addition, I introduce you to the life-changing tools that I learned over the past decade, so that you can start developing your own practice outside the coaching sessions. The goal is for you to leave our sessions trusting more & more your intuition so that you become your own coach and don’t need me anymore. #nocodependency

You might bring a few challenges home which will ensure consistency in your growth in between sessions and I happily give you a hand with accountability. Depending on the topic and as necessary, I place my 10 years of corporate experience at your service. When mentoring, I share with you my valuable experiences and advice on specific matters, may they be technical or interpersonal.
